Homeeggs in cream
recipe
- add oil and diced garlic to a pan.
- add in fresh cream as the garlic starts to turn a light golden.
- once the cream starts to bubble slightly, drop the eggs in.
- add dollops of chili oil crisp or pesto over the eggs.
- sprinkle salt and pepper as per taste.
- place lid and let cook over low heat for 3-5 minutes.
- enjoy with toasted bread!
tips
- adding garlic before the oil heats up infuses the garlic essence in the oil tbh
- sesame seeds and spring onion greens go well as a garnish if one chooses chili oil crisp over pesto.
